After more than 20 years working as a teacher, I felt ready for a change of career and to reconnect with something I had always been deeply passionate about: how clothes make you feel. For me, style has never been about buying more clothes, but about confidence, self-expression, and the relationship we have with our bodies.
I have always been a strong advocate for body positivity and dressing with confidence, and The Professional Photo, Film, TV & Personal Stylist’s Course gave me the structure, knowledge, and professional tools to turn that passion into a career. Through the training, I learned colour analysis, how to advise clients on their body shape, and how to guide people towards clothes that truly work for them.
Since graduating, I have gone on to open my own business, Margarita Salomó Personal Stylist. I have collaborated with a number of amazing British brands, hosting styling events and supporting them in advising their clients on colour and style. In addition, I have hosted over 40 of my own styling events, both for my private clients and for brands.
Investing in this course was one of the best decisions I have made. It not only gave me a new career path but allowed me to build a business that aligns completely with my values.
