As a busy mother of two young children, I was searching for a convenient way to study. The Professional Photo, Film, TV and Personal Stylist Course was very easy to commit to as it is self-paced with a two-year timeframe. I could study anytime from anywhere and I was never under stress to complete my work in time as there were no deadlines.
I loved that the course provided theory and then tasks for practising my newly gained skills. I couldn’t wait to get my hands on every assignment. I was really eager to learn more. Reading the assignments was easy and always fun. It felt like talking to a best friend.
My tutor was absolutely great at helping me to see my work objectively. She would point out the areas I needed to focus on more and praise me on a job well done. Her feedback was always very informative and clear.
I loved every step of this journey. The course has made me feel more confident. I now know that I don’t just follow good taste and intuition while doing a styling job but I also have practical and theoretical ground for my choices. At the end of the day, styling is a job that tends to be rather technical more than artistic and you simply cannot get away without knowing the basics.
After completing the course, I launched my own fashion makeover project in Dubai, where I often work on set with video shoots and fashion photoshoots.
I am absolutely delighted and very proud to be a graduate of the British College of Professional Styling. I highly recommend the British College of Professional Styling to everyone who’s looking to become a stylist.
